4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass or harm other users
• Misrepresent identity or age

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years old
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to coerce or pressure anyone into providing consent
• Share explicit content without consent
• Reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Scrape, data mine, or collect user information
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Interfere with the Service's operation

CONSENT CAN BE WITHDRAWN AT ANY TIME

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Consent documented in the app can be revoked at any time
• The app does not override verbal or physical withdrawal of consent
• You must respect boundaries and stop immediately if consent is withdrawn
• The app is a communication tool, not a legal contract
• You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
